Online Tracking Available For Eastern Shore Satellite
Now anyone can track the HawkSat-I satellite. This was the first satellite designed, integrated, tested and flown entirely from the Eastern Shore. In addition to accomplishing our own scientific and engineering objectives, HawkSat-I is also providing a platform for experimental research funded by a major aerospace firm. HawkSat-I was launched from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in the autumn of 2008. HawkSat-I is the first in a series of state of the art CubeSats projects of the Hawk Institute for Space Sciences.
The Hawk Institute for Space Sciences which provides a wide range of Aerospace Engineering Support, product design, and manufacturing for government, educational institutions, and commercial customers.
